HOUSE OF LUXÉ RETURN POLICY

At House of Luxé, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Once 24 hours have passed from the confirmed delivery time, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• To initiate a return, please contact us within the 24-hour return window with your order number and reason for the return.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
