Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
House of Luxé is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, House of Luxé is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
House of Luxé is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item(s) so we can review the issue.
