House of Luxé reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing or website errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inaccurate customer information
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe listed on our website.
Once an order has been shipped, House of Luxé is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. House of Luxé is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, House of Luxé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
House of Luxé is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of confirmed package delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be free of odors, stains, or damage
- Include original tags and packaging
Requests submitted after the 24-hour return period will not be accepted.
House of Luxé reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify House of Luxé within 24 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided. Failure to report issues within 24 hours may result in denial of the claim.
9. Pre-Orders
For pre-order items:
- Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline only.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs, or supplier issues.
- By purchasing a pre-order item, customers acknowledge and accept potential delays.
- Pre-order purchases may not be canceled once production has begun.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, customers agree to contact House of Luxé first regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, including disputes filed after a package has been delivered or after receiving products as described, may be challenged with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, and communication records.
11. Intellectual Property
All content associated with House of Luxé, including logos, branding, images, graphics, product descriptions, videos, and website content, is the exclusive property of House of Luxé and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
House of Luxé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
